The Berlin Graduate School for Transnational Studies (BTS) is a joint endeavour of the Freie Universität Berlin, the Hertie School of Governance, and the Social Science Research Center Berlin. It offers a rigorous and intense English-language PhD programme for exceptionally-talented graduate students in the field of transnational and international relations, defined as an interdisciplinary field of reasearch encompassing Political Science, History, Economics, Law and adjacent disciplines.
The Call for Applications for the BTS PhD programme has started!
Students interested in applying for the PhD programme of BTS are invited to access our online application scheme. All applicants will be considered for the new intake, starting their studies in September 2012. As in the previous years, the BTS is eager to receive the applications of exceptionally talented students for its new cohort.
BTS representatives attended the annual International PhD Workshop in Jerusalem and advertised the PhD Programme at an international study fair in Beijing, China. more
